What is the warranty?

1 year, and 5 years for the compressor. These products are modular, and many issues can be repaired with spare parts. The manufacturer support works well, and you can always contact us if you have questions about the unit, even after official warranty period.

Can I use this unit to cool my brewing tank?

Yes and no. The warranty is only valid for use in serving beer and beverages, and does not cover other uses. Having said that, in practice there is no reason why these units couldn't be used for other purposes. In fact some of our customers do use these in breweries without issues. Do you have this on hand in stock? How long for deliveries?

The glycol chillers are always kept in stock. If you order before 10:30 AM, we can ship the same day. Transit times after shipping are 1-3 days.

If you're unsure about any of these, don't worry! They may not be necessary. We will only charge them if the shipping company charges them from us. If that happens, we will let you know before shipping. The extra fees may be caused by deliveries to following locations:

"High delivery cost areas", mainly Manhattan

There may be some other rare extra fees, such as extended area surcharges (for remote locations). These fees vary, so we will only charge them when necessary.

What will happen when you place an order

When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We will pre-authorize your credit card when you place the order. No payment will be charged from you, until we have made sure we have all the items in stock and ready to be shipped. We will usually ship in 1-2 business days.
